STOP - Must Read Before You Purchase A W&M 2026 Parking Decal

  1. Before proceeding please read the current Parking Rules and Regulations and all posted Advisories on the main Parking Website 
  2. When ready to complete your purchase - Login using your W&M Network credentials. 
  3. Once on the portal you can proceed to "Manage Account" or "Get Permits"
  4. If you need to update your vehicle information do so first before requesting a permit. You cannot delete vehicles from the history, and if you have changed license plates you must add a new vehicle before requesting a permit. Please have your DMV registration handy to ensure the information is accurate.
  • Effective July 1, 2025 forward - Citation payments and Decal purchases can no longer be completed in the same transaction/shopping basket. You may not purchase parking credentials if you have outstanding citations on your account. Those items must be cleared first in order to proceed with purchase of a decal. If you are unable to clear your parking debt then you must visit the Parking Office in person to discuss payment and obtaining temp parking credentials to avoid a citation(s).
  • Faculty & Staff Parking decals purchased online will be sent to departmental addresses.
  • All Student decals must be picked up in person at the main Parking Office in the Campus Center Lobby M-F 8 m to 4 pm. (Summer Hours 5/18/2026 onward)
  • Decals are processed and ready for distribution within 24 hours of purchase or after 12:00 pm the next business day.
The portal accepts MC, VISA, or DISC payments as well as enrollment in payroll deduction. Faculty and staff may register up to three (3) personally or family owned vehicles against a single hangtag. Multiple hang tag permits, if requested, will be sold at the full tiered price. Second permits cannot be sold via payroll deductions. With the purchase of a hangtag, an additional motorcycle or convertible decal may be purchased at a discounted rate only.

YOU MUST PRINT YOUR RECEIPT - Upon purchase of a decal, print your online or emailed receipt and display on your dashboard, this is your temporary parking pass until you are able to pick up. Paper receipts are only valid for 5 business days from return to campus or date of purchase so don't delay picking up your decal. 

New W&M Faculty & Staff - Please read before attempting to purchase a W&M decal

New faculty & staff members will not be able to purchase decals online until after day 1 of employment and upon completion of your I9 Part 2 certification. Once this step is completed it can take several days for your profile to update from Workday in the T2 Parking System. Please do not create a "Guest" login. Guest logins do not have visibility of or access to F/S credentials. Instead to obtain a complimentary 5-day New Hire temp parking pass please visit the Parking Office in the lobby of the Campus Center, you will need your ID # (93...) and an active W&M Network account login. F/S privileges cannot be granted before the first day of employment, if coming to campus prior to your first day then you will need to purchase a temp pass to park on campus.  Parking Office Customer Service summer hours are M-F 8 am - 4 pm.
